Parent's Day

When I went to school this morning, I had to draw a cover for my Time Journal, but before that, I had to rewrite my ENTIRE recording of my sand timer. Before all of that, I brought the 36 Magic Rub erasers I ordered for our class tables in. It turned out everybody got their own and wrote their name in permanent marker. I still have about 10 left. 4 are still in my pocket. It took me half of the morning to do the writing. Now I got to draw my cover. I used yellow paper for my cover. Then I went on with Circle Time. Next was Math Workshop. Since the parents were coming in today, we had to practice talking about our timers. The shadow clock group went outside, and the Sand and Water group stayed inside. I was in the Sand group. Our teacher suggested we turn into a panel group asking questions and being in charge of one part of the process we went to. I was in charge of timing. After about 15 minutes, it was time for Snack. The kids sitting next to me were also next to me the Art Table where I sit. Now we had to do Project Work. My partner was a girl who I worked on with a project at the beginning of the year when we were working on building. We split up into 2 groups. Lego Robotics and Magnets. Me and her were both in Lego Robotics. We had to make cars. After 30 minutes, we had a car that worked, but we needed to make it run WITH the motor, not with us pushing it. Next was Reading. First one of my teachers wanted me to take a reading test in the multipurpose room. The book was a 15 page book about Amelia Earhart. When I got back into the room, it was already time for Recess. Me and some of my friends built a new invention on the sliding bar. We used a jump-rope so you could sit our bounce off. This idea came from when I invented the trick to swing to one side and then back using feet and stomach. I also started to hand out Magic Rubs to the other kids in the other classroom. Now we head back in for Lunch. After 30 minutes. We had to get ready for the parents coming. First we divided into tables. Two of my friends were sitting next to me. They were both girls. Then our teachers handed our writing to us. We laid it out. Now we got stools for the parents. Next we got comments and schedule papers for the parents. We also got pens. We moved the caddies. Then they put a tablecloth over the tables to keep it a secret. Now they put our time work on top. Now the parents came in. We showed them our clock work and then went outside to show them our timers. Then we went in. First we read our book. Now they got to read our other stuff. Now... REFRESHMENTS!!! I had 19 pieces of candy! My little sister was here also. Now we got to go home. Well, now I have to go to sleep. Bye!!

Car Wash

Hi. My mom said I could have unlimited snacks until 2:45 P.M. if I ate a new food. I did. After that me and my dad and my little sister went to the car wash to get my dad's car cleaned. When we did, we got to go inside the building. There was 4 snack machines, a video game booth, a sitting area, an area to watch your car get cleaned, and a shopping area for car accessories along with bathrooms. When we first got in, we got a snack for each of us. After that I went over to the video games. Dad and my little sister played Ms. Pac-Man. They lost after 5 seconds. While they were doing that, I was creating a panel for System preferences on my Mac. After that my dad played Galaga. Now I needed to go to the bathroom. So did my little sister. After we had a big fight, all of us, over a quarter. Now our car was done, so went back in and played Ice Age on the car DVD player. After we got to the grocery store, I got to push the cart. We also had a big fight about riding the cart. Now we all went to the bathroom. When we got out we each got a little 25 cent ball. My sister got a red and yellow ball, and I got a light blue ball. Light blue is my favorite color besides for pink. Now we are home. It turned out my dad forgot again to get a JavaScript book for my Giggle prank. A couple minutes ago, some of my friends a couple houses down for snocones, but they had to go back for dinner. I'm gonna go watch Nick. Bye!

Tiger & Snocones

Today it turned out my apple laptop (which I am using right now) doesn't have iPhoto and Garage band which should be included so we are going to bring it back to the shop. Right now I am sick so I am staying home. After that my dad went up to work and my mom and sister and me all made snocones together. Our choices for syrup were grape and blueberry. Right now I am eating a blueberry snocone. It turned out that the snocones were really big. After I finish this I am going to work on my fake Giggle prank ( my dad thought up the idea, I'm making the code. More details later) and my Jake's Pranks CD (more details later also). Last night I ordered magic rub erasers for my teachers T+K while my dad and me were watching our nightly 3 Simpsons on TV. I go to bed at 8:30 so I have a lot of time just to hang out and chill. Right my mom and little sister are making an apple desert. Yuck! I hate quiche, strawberries, watermelon, and apples most. They kinda make my throat feel weird. But I just love candy and pasta! My big dog Goofy who is a therapy dog and a Labrador, and Pugsly our little pug (or as my dad calls them Horse and Pig) are looking suspicious. My dad even wrote a song about them:

Horse and Pig,
Horse and Pig,
One is ugly,
And the other eats *&%$,
Horse and Pig,
Horse and Pig,
It's the ballot,
Of Horse and Pig.

It's really funny if you sing it in a low voice. My mom and sister just dropped the strawberries and the dogs are eating them. Yay!!!!!! As for the cats, Dick who has diabetes stays outside, and Rabbit stays in my mom's room by the windowsill. My mom and dad found Dick as a stray. My dad loves Rabbit, but hates Dick because he craps on everything. Dick's name speaks for itself. I'm going to see what mom and my sister are doing. Well, bye for now!
