YouOS is an online operating system. You can access from anywhere, so you can start a document in Kentucky, and finish it in Paris. No cost to use. You can also use the bulit-in sharing. It's just like goowy, but far better.

I prefer startpages such as googleIG and www.pageflakes.com they are easier to use than OS's because you can even share them.
